This policy addresses the collection, distribution, access, use and security of written communications transmitted to or on behalf of members of the Township Committee.

Written Communications
Written communications intended for Members of the Township Committee must be forwarded to the Township Clerk as follows:
Mayor and Township Committee
c/o Township Clerk
Town Hall

Written Communications to Specific Committee Members
Upon receipt of written communications intended for a specific Committee Member, the Township Clerk will disseminate the same to the appropriate Committee Member as addressed. If a Committee Member decides to respond to a communication, he/she will forward a response directly to the appropriate person(s) copying the Township Administrator or Clerk.
