Indoor Batting Cage Rentals
Reserve a batting cage at Mater Dei Park. Two batting cages available at select days/times. Schedule subject to change without notice.
Now open for Reservations:
- $15/half hour (R), $30/half hour (NR)
- 1 hour reservation maximum per day
- Maximum of 4 people per reservation
- Recreational use only, no private instruction. Leagues and coaches can reach out to fields@middletownnj.org for separate permitting availability.
- Reservations found to be using for private instruction, for profit coaching, or for team practices are not allowed and will result in immediate removal from the batting cages with no refund. Middletown Parks and Recreation reserves the right to future refusal of reservations should batting cage rules be broken by participants.
- Proper sporting attire required including league approved helmet and sneakers/cleat. No metal cleats allowed.
- BYOBats, balls, pitcher/tee
- Hand pitch only. Use of the pitching machine is not allowed.
- Staff member on site for any day-of drop-ins should schedule permit.
Mater Dei Park Batting Cages are located at 23 Cherry Tree Farm Rd, Middletown NJ 07748 - adjacent to the track/football field.
