[ARCHIVED] Middletown and VNACJ Now Offering Extra Day for COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Shot Clinic at MTPL

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic 12/9/21

Middletown Township joined forces with the VNA of Central Jersey Community Health Center in September to provide booster shots for those who are eligible, as well as COVID-19 vaccines, at the Middletown Township Public Library (55 New Monmouth Road). VNACJ Community Health Center nurses have been administering Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J/Janssen booster shots in the Community Room at the library on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM for the past few months. The clinic will now also be administering COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots, by appointment only, for people ages 5+ on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old can receive their first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine. These two clinics will be available for the remainder of 2021.

Walk-ins can receive their vaccines and booster shots on Wednesdays between the hours of 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

You do not need to be a Middletown resident to register for these clinics. Those seeking vaccines should bring their ID and insurance card if they have one. Those seeking boosters should also bring their vaccine card or the docket app on their phone. Face masks are mandatory at this vaccine clinic. Pre-register at www.middletownnj.org/vnacj
