[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host In-Person and Virtual Regular Meeting on Monday, 6/21

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available live through Webex Event Center.

If you will be participating remotely, you can do so by clicking this event link. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 173 600 7438 followed by #. Enter 2021 if a passcode is required.

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel. 

The June 21st meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment for the following agenda item. Members of the public may comment only on this topic:  

  • 2021-3311 An Ordinance Establishing Section 137-24 Et Seq. Entitled "Permitting The Managed Care Of Free-Roaming Cats" To The Code Of The Township Of Middletown

Upon completion of the business of the meeting, there will be a Public Comments portion where members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.

If you wish to make a comment and are using the Webex application, please use the raise hand function within Webex. Once you have made your comment, please lower your hand when finished. If you are attending the meeting by teleconference (by phone), you can press *3 to raise your hand and *3 to lower your hand. Please lower your hand when finished.
