Middletown’s Neighborhood Spotlight is focused on New Monmouth and Harmony in November. Outreach sessions will be held on Tuesday, November 10th from 10:00 am to noon and on Thursday, November 12th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Middletown Library, 55 New Monmouth Road.
