TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Middletown is proposing to change the use of an existing building on Township-owned parkland, identified as Block 682, Lots 4, 5, 6, 52, 53, 54, known as Croydon Hall, from former administrative offices for the Department of Recreation to a community center. The aerial map below marks the location of the building within the parkland that is subject of this change of use proposal.
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-25.6(a)1, a hearing to obtain public comment on this proposed change of use will be held on July 18, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the main courtroom at the Township of Middletown Municipal Complex, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey 07748.
All or any information regarding the proposed change in use is available for public inspection at the Middletown Township Department of Recreation, 345 Oak Hill Road, Red Bank, NJ 07701, between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30PM.

Public comment on this proposed change in use will be accepted during the public hearing or until August 1, 2018. On or after October 18, 2018, the Township of Middletown may take formal action to approve the proposed change in use.
