MIDDLETOWN, NJ -- The Health Department confirmed this morning that Ria, the dog who has been on the loose since last Thursday, is now home safely with her owner. She was found around 2:30 a.m. behind the Exxon Station in Belford. The animal is under vet care and is in good condition.
