[ARCHIVED] NJ American Water Main Replacement Project - Hubbard Avenue

NJ American water will continue to push as efficiently as possible with their construction work.  They have updated their schedule to the following:


7/8 - Saturday – Hubbard Avenue will be closed. – Water main will be filled and pressure tested.

7/10 - Monday – Hubbard Avenue will be closed. – The water main will be disinfected and tested.  The concrete forms will be started.  

7/11 - Tuesday – Hubbard Avenue will be closed. – South end will be tied in to the existing water main.  Depending on when the test results from Monday come back they will tie in on the North side.

7/12 - Wednesday – Hubbard Avenue will be closed. – If the northern tie in was not completed, it will be done.  The concrete pour for the supports will begin.

7/13 - Thursday – Hubbard Avenue will be closed. – The access pits for the concrete forms will be back filled.  

7/14 - Friday – Hubbard Avenue will be closed. – The jersey barriers will be removed, and the guiderail will be put back.

7/15 - Saturday – Requesting one lane be closed on Hubbard.   – The pipe insulation will be installed.
