2017 TKCC Spotlight

AltText

Middletown Spotlight, a program that focuses on the quality of life in Middletown returns this month to the Middletown Arts Center. A public outreach session will be held on Tuesday, April 18th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Middletown Arts Center, 36 Church Street.

Residents are encouraged to stop by and talk informally with Mayor Gerry Scharfenberger and other local officials about Middletown’s neighborhoods. Representatives from the Departments of Building and Inspection, Community Development, Health, Police, Public Works, and Recreation are scheduled to be in attendance to answer questions and provide information about township programs and services.

The April 18th session is the second of three regional spotlights scheduled this year.  Three locations – the Tonya Keller Community Center, Middletown Arts Center and River Plaza Firehouse – were selected to best accommodate residents from Middletown’s many neighborhoods. The session at TKCC was held in March. All residents are welcome at all sessions. The remainder of the schedule is as follows:

  • Tuesday, April 18, 5-7pm, Middletown Arts Center, 36 Church Street
  • Thursday May 18, 5-7pm, River Plaza Firehouse, 26 Applegate Street

Residents can also ask questions about their neighborhood or report a problem anytime through the township website at middletownnj.org or during business hours by calling 732-615-2000.
