[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host Regular Meeting on Monday, 3/18 at Town Hall

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Cisco Webex. The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). 

The meeting will be made available to watch or listen to by visiting https://tinyurl.com/committee031824. If prompted, please enter your name and email address to join. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 2335 865 2188 followed by #. Enter 2024 if a passcode is required. 

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

There will also be a General Public Comments section at the end of the meeting. Members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.

NEW: Extended Hours to Assist Public 

On the evenings of Township Committee Regular Meetings,  a representative from certain departments will be extending their hours from 5:30-7:30 PM to assist the public. On Monday, March 18th,  the following departments will be available at Town Hall to answer questions and/or help community members conduct municipal business: 

  • Building
  • Clerk's Office
  • Court 
  • Health 
  • Planning/Zoning
  • Tax Assessment
