The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Twp. Police Department during the time period of October 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023.
During the period of October 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 4,438 calls for service, including 385 EMS calls, 23 fire calls, 185 burglar alarms, and 182 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 41 individuals, including 4 for outstanding bench warrants and 11 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Maximilia Chopp, age 26, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Dana McQuade for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Chopp was processed and released.
Veronica Lapsley, age 47, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Robert Headden for a contempt of court warrant. Lapsley was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Michelle Coleman, age 52, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Edward Jennings for contempt of court warrants and driving under the influence. Coleman was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Richard Rokicki, age 57, from Whiting, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription and driving under the influence.
Madison Kirstein, age 24, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for shoplifting. Kirstein was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Marie Finley, age 43, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer John Mania for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of certain prescription drugs. Finley was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Michelle Trancucci, age 42, from Belford, was arrested by Officer John Mania for a contempt of court warrant. Trancucci was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Adam Morris, age 30, from Tinton Falls, was arrested by Officer Raymond Sofield for driving under the influence. Morris was processed and released.
Alexander Giuriceo, age 28, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Chad Bacek for criminal mischief and burglary. Giuriceo was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Gregg Facon, age 70, from Middletown, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Facon was processed and released.
Shaun Sullivan, age 42, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Daniel Flannigan for a contempt of court warrant. Sullivan was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Christoph Saunders, age 48, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence. Saunders was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Alexander Giuriceo, age 28, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Giuriceo was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Carolyn Gorski, age 52, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Robert Headden for driving under the influence in a commercial vehicle. Gorski was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Qingqing Yang, age 23, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer John Foy for driving under the influence. Yang was processed and released on her own recognizance.
William Johannessen, age 46, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Julian Reis for lewdness, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Johannessen was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Tracy McCann, age 51, from Oceanport, was arrested by Officer John Mania for resisting arrest, driving under the influence, and refusing the breathalyzer. McCann was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Paul Harris, age 56, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Lawrence Seymour for a contempt of court warrant. Harris was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Michael DeFranco, age 31, from East Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Felipe Caamano for theft. DeFranco was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Nathaniel Abbott, age 61, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for disorderly conduct. Abbott was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Sharlene King, age 55, from Freehold, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for shoplifting. King was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Oscar Hernandez-Ortiz, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for driving under the influence and driving with an open container. Hernandez-Ortiz was processed and released.
Matthew Denberg, from Belmar, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence. Denberg was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Evan Flores, age 19, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for contempt of court warrants. Flores was processed and released to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
