The Redevelopment Investigation Study for Section C of the Route 36 corridor will be presented at a Special Planning Board Meeting on Thursday, August 3rd at 6:30 PM in the Courtroom at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway):
Meetings were also held on Thursday, July 20th (Section A) and Thursday, July 27th (Section B). The meetings will help the Planning Board determine whether the study area meets the statutory criteria to be designated as an area in need of redevelopment for non-condemnation purposes. The public is invited to watch the presentation and ask questions after.
