Middletown Township Health Department is hosting a free flu shot clinic for Middletown residents, ages 6 months and older, on Monday, November 21st from 10 AM - 12 PM at the OEM Training Room at Town Hall.
The main entrance to Town Hall is facing Kings Highway. Parking will be available at Town Hall's parking lot, located off Route 35 behind the building. Once you park in the lot, you'll see signs directing you to the main entrance. Once you are inside Town Hall, there will be signs for the clinic.
