During the period of October 1, 2022 through October 31, 2022, the Middletown Township Police Department responded to 4,221 calls for service, including 372 first aid calls, 26 fire calls, 177 burglar alarms, and 178 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 54 individuals, including 6 for outstanding bench warrants and 11 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Dante Dedonno, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for driving under the influence. Dedonno was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Kenneth Smith III, age 20, from Hazlet, was arrested by Officer Julian Reis for driving under the influence. Smith was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Frankie Rivera, age 30, from Maspeth, NY, was arrested by Officer Jason Troshane for shoplifting and conspiracy. Rivera was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Dante Dedonno, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for a contempt of court warrant. Dedonno was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Karmese Sapp-Toombs, age 47, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for contempt of court warrants. Sapp-Tombs was processed and released on his recognizance.
Linda Brandau, age 59, from Howell, was arrested by Officer Ryan Maguire for driving under the influence. Brandau was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Shannon Burke, age 24, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Burke was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Lisa Downing, age 58, from Howell, was arrested by Officer Joshua Midose for shoplifting. Downing was processed and released.
John Tanko, age 53, from Howell, was arrested by Officer Timothy Cairns for shoplifting. Tanko was processed and released.
Cara Introcaso, age 26, from Lincroft, was arrested by Officer Elzbieta Banel for driving under the influence. Introcaso was processed and released.
Melba Garcia, age 35, from Hillside, was arrested by Officer John Mania for shoplifting. Garcia was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Howard Edwards, age 33, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Timothy Cairns for burglary. Edwards was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Renee Redner, age 51, from Keansburg, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for identity theft. Redner was processed and released on a summons complaint.
