During the period of September 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022, the Middletown Township Police Department responded to 4,383 calls for service, including 355 first aid calls, 162 burglar alarms, 14 fire calls, and 149 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 29 individuals, including 4 for outstanding bench warrants and 5 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Jeffrey Maiorino, age 42, from Atlantic Highlands, was arrested by Officer Timothy Cairns for a contempt of court warrant. Maiorino was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Dante Dedonno, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zampelle for driving under the influence. Dedonno was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Xavier Jackson, age 20, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for a contempt of court warrant. Jackson was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Brendan Falterman, age 19, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence. Falterman was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Anthony Sbarro, age 54, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Daniel Flannigan for driving under the influence. Sbarro was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Rashawn Gartrell, age 43, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Michael Masiello for a contempt of court warrant. Gartrell was processed and released to Newark Police Department.
Dante Dedonno, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Tony Perito for driving under the influence. Dedonno was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Carissa Bossert, age 34, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription, and driving under the influence. Bossert was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Melvin Taylor, age 31, from Binghamton, NY, was arrested by Officer Sal Albanese for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of prohibited weapons. Taylor was processed and released.
Jillian Sarna, age 37, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Sarna was processed and released.
Amanda Piccirillo, age 38, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Julian Reis for driving under the influence. Piccirillo was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Adnuoluwap Badru, age 23, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Edward Jennings for shoplifting. Badru was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Cynthia Bardge, age 28, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for a contempt of court warrant and shoplifting. Bardge was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Melanie Modrzejewski, age 40, from Belleville, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and driving under the influence. Modrzejewski was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Tyleek Jones, age 30, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zubkow for a contempt of court warrant. Jones was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Floyd Gordon, age 23, from Brooklyn, NY, was arrested by Officer Dominick Librie for a contempt of court warrant. Gordon was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Lauren Ditzel, age 33, from Rockway, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Manochio for driving under the influence. Ditzel was processed and released on a summons complaint.
