Details of Police Activities and Arrest Information

During the period of July 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022., the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 4,624 calls for service, including 371 first aid calls, 31 fire calls, 212 burglar and fire alarms, and 156 motor vehicle crashes. 

Police officers arrested 43individuals, including 9 for outstanding bench warrants and 9 for domestic violence.  Arrests are as follows:

Jessica Layton, age 30, from Port Monmouth, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for shoplifting and employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime.  Layton was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Mary Lamanna, age 45, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for contempt of court warrants.  Lamanna was processed and released after posting bail.

Dillon Rahim, age 24, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for unlicensed driving, failure to produce documentation, failure to use seatbelts, driving under the influence, and reckless driving.  Rahim was processed and released on a summons complaint.

David Rodriguez, age 21, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Elzbieta Banel for driving under the influence.  Rodriguez was processed and released.

Albert Shopp, age 62, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence.  Shopp was processed and released on his recognizance. 

Tyler Kjesbu, age 20, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Daniel Flannigan for driving under the influence.  Kjesbu was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Patricia Chadwick, age 41, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for a contempt of court warrant, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Chadwick was processed and released to Freehold Township Police Department.

Alexander Festa, age 35, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for harassment.   Festa was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Patrick Ohara, age 34, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.   Ohara was processed and released on a summons complaint.

James Gowan, Jr., age 66, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for driving under the influence and reckless driving.  Gowan was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Kenyatta Ealey, age 48, from Keansburg, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for shoplifting.   Ealey was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Stephanie Mobley, age 34, from Newark, was arrested by Detective Daniel Sullivan for shoplifting.   Mobley was processed and released.   

Nadjah Oliver, age 37, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for shoplifting.   Oliver was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Qauinema Sanders, age 40, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for shoplifting.   Sanders was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Juan Romerorojas, age 35, from Red Bank, was arrested for driving under the influence.   Romerorojas was processed and released.

Gustavo Chinaglia, age 59, from Marlboro, was arrested by Officer Frank Mazza for driving under the influence.  Chinaglia was processed and released on his own recognizance. 

Richard Atkins, age 56, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Ryan Bruno for contempt of court warrants.  Atkins was processed and released on his own recognizance. 

Evan Flores, age 18, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Ric Cruz for criminal mischief, employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, and burglary.   Flores was processed and released on a summons complaint. 

Angela Cook, age 33, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for a contempt of court warrant.  Cook was processed and released after posting bail.

Reuben Dayan, age 35, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for shoplifting.   Dayan was processed and released on a summons complaint.

A person that has been arrested or charged with an offense is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Additionally, except in specific circumstances, arrest and complaint information and names of those charged may be released.
