[ARCHIVED] Middletown Township Committee to Host Regular Meeting on Monday, 8/15 at New Town Hall

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Middletown Township Committee today announced that the Regular Meeting on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 7:00 PM will be open to the public and made available to view and listen to through Webex Event Center. The meeting will be taking place in the courtroom at the new Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). 

The meeting will be made available to watch or listen to by visiting www.tinyurl.com/committee081522. To call in to the meeting, dial 1-408-418-9388. The event access code is 2342 941 4854 followed by #. Enter 2022 if a passcode is required.  

Prior to the Township Committee Meeting, the event link will be published on the Township’s Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be aired on the Township’s TV channel (Verizon FiOS Channel 26/Comcast Cable Channel 20) and YouTube channel.

The August 15th meeting agenda provides an opportunity for public comment for the following agenda item. Members of the public may comment only on this topic:

  • 2022-3349  Bond Ordinance Providing an Appropriation Of $1,750,000 For Various Capital Improvements by And for The Township of Middletown in The County of Monmouth, New Jersey And Authorizing the Issuance Of $650,750 In Bonds or Notes of The Township for Financing Part of The Appropriation.
  • 2022-3350 Ordinance Amending Management Salaries for 2022

Upon completion of the business of the meeting, there will be a Public Comments portion where members of the public will be able to make comments for up to 5 minutes. Directions will be provided by the Township Clerk.
