The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Township Police Department during the time period of November 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025.
During the period of November 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025, the Middletown Township Police Department responded to 3,984 calls for service, including 386 first aid calls, 95 burglar alarms, 99 fire calls, and 147 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 54 individuals, including 6 for outstanding bench warrants and 8 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Jake Fisler, age 21, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer John Foy for burglary. Fisler was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Erik Valentine, age 42, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for driving under the influence. Valentine was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Christopher Lynchburwell, age 32, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Jack Chenoweth for shoplifting. Lynchburwell was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Varashon McQueen, age 56, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Brandon Saghafi for shoplifting. McQueen was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Haq Khan, age 27, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Peter McGovern for theft. Khan was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Elliot Greene, age 42, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Robert Headden for a contempt of court warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. Greene was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Vadym Makhovytskyi, age 28, from Atlantic Highlands, was arrested by Officer Brian Flannigan for shoplifting and theft. Makhovytskyi was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Dwayne Cox, age 41, from New Jersey, was arrested by Officer Anthony Bartolone for shoplifting. Cox was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Alyssa Morkevich, age 34, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Anthony Bartolone for shoplifting. Morkevich was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
John Adams, Sr., age 75, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Tony Perito for driving under the influence. Adams was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Juan Floresgarcia, age 33, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Dominick Librie for driving under the influence. Floresgarcia was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Jonathan Steele, age 38, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for obstruction, hindering, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Steele was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Anne McAulay, age 55, from Ocean Grove, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for defiant trespass. McAulay was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Kevin Papa, age 30, from Belford, was arrested by Officer Dana McQuade for driving under the influence. Papa was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Ellada Avadeyeva, age 44, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Shane Hosler for shoplifting. Avadeyeva was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Kelvin Delacruzreyes, age 30, from Chesterfield, was arrested by Officer Paul Hadinger for a contempt of court warrant. Delacruzreyes was processed and released after posting bail.
Richard Leno, age 76, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer John Foy for criminal trespassing. Leno was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Cristiano Salvini, age 21, from Fayetteville, NC, was arrested by Officer Jack Chenoweth for criminal mischief, burglary, theft, and possession of burglary tools. Salvini was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Daniel DaSilva-Capuano, age 23, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer James Davis for driving under the influence. DaSilva-Capuano was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Sherrahn Crudup, age 23, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Anthony Bartolone for shoplifting. Crudup was processed and released on his own recognizance.
Victoria Burgos, age 31, from Paterson, was arrested by Officer Allison Ruane for shoplifting. Burgos was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Nicholas Febbraio, age 39, from Hazlet, was arrested by Officer Joshua Chambers for shoplifting. Febbraio was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Robert Matera, age 34, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Ryan Pigott for credit card theft. Matera was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Brittany Farinas, age 40, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Jack Chenoweth for shoplifting. Farinas was processed and released on a summons complaint.
William Madero, age 31, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brandon Saghafi for a contempt of court warrant. Madero was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Melissa Isaksen, age 45, from Kearny, was arrested by Officer Anthony Bartolone for shoplifting and employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime. Isaksen was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
