The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Township Police Department during the time period of October 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025.
During the period of October 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, the Middletown Township Police Department responded to 4,235 calls for service, including 379 first aid calls, 114 burglar alarms, 105 fire calls, and 176 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 51 individuals, including 9 for outstanding bench warrants and 10 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Philip Bolsius, age 21, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Brian Flannigan for shoplifting. Bolsius was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Fabiola Pedregal, age 35, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Daniel Flannigan for theft. Pedregal was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Joseph Dressler, age 27, from Hazlet, was arrested by Sergeant Eric Van Schaack for driving under the influence. Dressler was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Nicholas Petrosky, age 70, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Peter McGovern for lewdness. Petrosky was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Carly Monchik, age 37, from Union Beach, was arrested by Officer Kenny Kozak for shoplifting. Monchik was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Danielle Keathley, age 23, from Gloversville, NY, was arrested by Officer Dana McQuade for obstruction. Keathley was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Riley Murphy, age 20, from Matawan, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, failure to give controlled dangerous substance to police, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Murphy was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Joseph Manzi, age 78, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Ryan Pigott for theft. Manzi was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Fabiola Garciaflores, age 26, from Asbury Park, was arrested by Officer Adrianna Lanfranco for shoplifting. Garciaflores was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Angel Villegashernandez, age 30, from Asbury Park, was arrested by Officer Adrianna Lanfranco for shoplifting. Villegashernandez was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Nicole Connelly, age 42, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Kenny Kozak for shoplifting. Connelly was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Gregory Erlikhman, age 31, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Thomas Schork for shoplifting. Erlikhman was processed and released.
Craig Twigg, age 40, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Salvatore Albanese for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Twigg was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Robert Twigg III, age 61, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Salvatore Albanese for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of weapons. Twigg was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Holly Moyer, age 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Anthony Bartolone for contempt of court warrants. Moyer was processed and released on her own recognizance.
John Smith, age 35, from Cliffwood, was arrested by Officer Edward Jennings for driving under the influence. Smith was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Christine Carelli, age 54, from Matawan, was arrested by Officer Christopher Glietz for shoplifting. Carelli was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Christopher Kostelnik, age 58, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Peter McGovern for a contempt of court warrant. Kostelnik was processed and released after posting bail.
Solomon Rabinowitz, age 67, from Manalapan, was arrested by Officer Patrick Leonard for driving under the influence. Rabinowitz was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Michael Coffey, age 41, from Leonardo, was arrested by Officer Aiden Carey for obstruction and resisting arrest. Coffey was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Terrence Stout, age 52, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zampelle for a contempt of court warrant. Stout was processed and released.
Ricardo Cartagena, age 62, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Sean Macdonald for driving under the influence. Cartagena was processed and released.
Joseph Bennett, age 54, from Middletown, was arrested by Sergeant Eric Van Schaack for driving with a suspended license. Bennett was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Peggy Biebel, age 60, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Salvatore Albanese for shoplifting and theft. Biebel was processed and released.
Samantha Petrillo, age 37, from Parlin, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for theft. Petrillo was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Maximilia Vandright, age 24, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer John Foy for driving under the influence. Vandright was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Joseph Ladolcetta, age 52, from Old Bridge, was arrested by Officer Joshua Chambers for shoplifting. Ladolcetta was processed and released on a summons complaint.
James Rapp, age 25, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Jack Chenoweth for shoplifting. Rapp was processed and released on a summons complaint.
James Wrzesinski, age 30, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Massaro for a contempt of court warrant and obstruction. Wrzesinski was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Carmen Meza, age 48, from Tinton Falls, was arrested by Officer Darren Schwedes for obstruction, eluding a police officer, possession of a controlled dangerous substances, and possession of an unlawful weapon. Meza was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Sara Carpenter, age 20, from Union Beach, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for shoplifting and possession of a self-defense chemical device. Carpenter was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Daniel Haviland, age 36, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Daniel Flannigan for endangering the welfare of a child and driving under the influence. Haviland was processed and released on a summons complaint.
