Halloween Hullabaloo
This Spooktacular evening presented by Middletown Recreation, Middletown Arts Center and the Middletown Township Education Association includes a costume contest, cartooning with the Doodle Dude and Miss Fish, inflatable corn maze, hayrides, trick-or-treating, DJ and more! Trick-or-treat bags to the first 300 kids at the event.
