The following media release contains information pertaining to arrests and police activities for the Middletown Twp. Police Department during the time period of November 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023.
During the period of November 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 3,937 calls for service, including 365 EMS calls, 26 Fire Calls, 160 burglar alarms, and 171 motor vehicle crashes.
Police officers arrested 38 individuals, including 6 for outstanding bench warrants and 9 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:
Juan Romero Rojas, age 37, from Red Bank, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Romero Rojas was processed and released.
Roman Ganzha, age 35, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Robert Headden for shoplifting. Ganzha was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Paul Fleury, age 26, from Neptune, was arrested by Officer Douglas Habermann for driving under the influence. Fleury was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Anthony Dileo, age 56, from Colts Neck, was arrested by Detective Ryan Pigott for driving under the influence. Dileo was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Marcos Diaz, age 36, from Keansburg, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for a contempt of court warrant, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Diaz was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Jasmine Harris, age 28, from Shrewsbury, was arrested by Officer Julian Reis for shoplifting. Harris was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Tyler Brookes, age 24, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Thomas Stone for disarming an officer, criminal mischief, burglary, obstructing the law, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Brooks was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Christopher Karvelas, age 40, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for criminal mischief. Karvelas was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Giorgi Mtchedlidze, age 41, from Brooklyn, NY, was arrested by Officer Salvatore Albanese for a contempt of court warrant and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Mtchedlidze was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Christopher Jones, age 39, from Middletown, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Jones was processed and released.
Damon Wise, age 51, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Joseph Pesany for shoplifting. Wise was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Alex Taranto, age 34, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. Taranto was processed and released.
Luis Lopez-Roman, age 41, from North Bergen, was arrested by Officer Chad Bacek for criminal mischief. Lopez-Roman was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Joseph Gacicio, age 48, from Newark, was arrested by Officer Chad Bacek for criminal mischief. Gacicio was processed and released on a summons complaint.
Kenneth Persico, age 57, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Allison Ruane for theft. Persico was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Jatiana Ortiz Guadalupe. age 21, from Jackson, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for shoplifting. Ortiz Guadalupe was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Nina Alamo, age 24, from Valley Stream, NY, was arrested by Officer Jason Andrews for shoplifting. Alamo was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Donald Dzwonkowski, age 62, from Staten Island, NY, was arrested by Officer Jason Andrews for driving under the influence. Dzwonkowski was processed and released.
Louis Palmiotto, age 55, from Hazlet, was arrested by Officer Christopher Menendez for obstructing the law, disorderly conduct and possession of unlawful weapon. Palmiotto was processed and released.
Jessica Santiago, age 35, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Patrick Leonard for a contempt of court warrant. Santiago was processed and released after posting bail.
Vito Maglio, age 34, from Staten Island, was arrested by Sergeant Frank Mazza for a contempt of court warrant. Maglio was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.
Ivan Valdetanosantamar, age 38, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Dominick Librie for driving under the influence. Valdetanosantamar was processed and released on a summons complaint.
