Gone Running Youth Training
Enjoy the crisp fall foliage with this afternoon running program held on the beautiful grass lawns and trails of Middletown’s own Poricy Park.
The Recreation Running Program is an introductory level activity where the emphasis is on fun, fitness, running form, and nutrition. The training activities, races and exciting games will keep the boys and girls moving while building their self-confidence and stamina. Bring running shoes, water and a towel. Instructors will be Bob Andrews, Joe Compagni and Erin O’Neill and the Gone Running coaching staff.

Grades: entering K-9th
Fee: Choose 1 day $145 (R) or two days $240 (R)
Includes: 8 training sessions, dri-fit running shirt, organized race competition and award. Competition Date: Saturday October 21, 2023 11:30 am at the Manalapan Parks and Recreation Kuschick Pavilion.
