Sport League Information

While the Parks & Recreation Department may run some sports programs and special events, all Middletown sports leagues are run by non-profit organizations. Please reach out to the league contact directly for more information. Youth and Adult League information is located in the sidebar (if using laptop) or below (if on mobile).
