Middletown Rallies with Clean Ocean Action to
Stop NESE Pipeline

Clean Ocean Action Anti NESE Pipeline Rally
Mayor Tony Perry urged Governor and Middletown resident Phil Murphy and the NJDEP to deny all permits associated with the Williams/Transco Northeast Supply Enhancement Project at the Last Chance Rally to Stop the NESE Pipeline on Friday, May 31st.

Friends of the waterways, community leaders and businesses came together at Bayshore Waterfront Park on Friday, May 31st for Clean Ocean Action's Last Chance Rally to Stop the NESE Pipeline. Mayor Tony Perry was one of the speakers at the rally and touched on how the pipeline would negate all that our communities have done to revitalize our beaches and fishing industry.

This week, the Murphy Administration and New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection denied several key permits, but it is up to them to make the final decision to stop the pipeline. Click HERE to learn more about the project and how to send a strong message to deny this project once and for all.
