The Middletown Township Committee was honored to present five Middletown High School North freshmen with a Life Saving Valor Award at the virtual Township Committee meeting on Tuesday, January 19th. In December, these brave young men formed a human chain to rescue two children who had fallen into a frozen pond while sledding. Congratulations to Kieran Foley, Tyler Armagan, Ryan Day, Drew Scalice and Joseph Dietrich (not pictured) on your incredible act of heroism. We commend them for being role models and hope that their selfless actions will inspire fellow citizens to go above and beyond to help others.
