During the period of March 1 through March 31, 2021, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 4,377 calls for service, including 353 first aid calls, 141 burglar/fire alarms, and 114 motor vehicle crashes. 

Police officers arrested 30 individuals, including 7 for outstanding bench warrants and 5 for domestic violence.  Arrests are as follows:

Nicholas Zennario, age 46, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for driving under the influence.  Zennario was processed and released.

David Quagliato, age 19, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Richard Belmonte for criminal trespass.  Quagliato was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Uronn Burns, age 40, from Middletown, was arrested by Special Officer Rocco Serpico for contempt of court warrants.  Burns was processed and released after posting bail.

Martin Irizarry, age 35, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  Irizarry was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Michael Zbuchalaski, age 36, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Donald Porter for driving under the influence. Zbuchalaski was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Khalil Haskins, age 23, from Aberdeen, was arrested by Officer Paul Hadinger for a contempt of court warrant.  Haskins was processed and released on his own recognizance.

Matthew Ferguson, age 25, from Mooresville, NC, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for driving under the influence.  Ferguson was processed and released.

Chrisie Inocencio, age 45, from Keansburg, was arrested by Deputy Chief Paul Bailey for a contempt of court warrant.  Inocencio was processed and released on her own recognizance.  

Richard Edick, age 37, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for a contempt of court warrant.  Edick was processed and released after posting bail.

Vito Amato, age 47, from South Amboy, was arrested by Officer Ryan Maguire for criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a weapon.  Amato was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Frederick Daust, age 72, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.  Daust was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Michael Moore, age 26, from Port Monmouth, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for a contempt of court warrant.  Moore was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Michael Cinquegrana, age 42, from Hazlet, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for criminal mischief.   Cinquegrana was processed and released on his own recognizance.  

Craig Miller, age 42, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and driving under the influence.  Miller was processed and released.

Mary Holtz, age 43, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for a contempt of court warrant.  Holtz was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

David Maxson, age 59, from Highlands, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for burglary and theft.  Maxson was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Brian Ballard, age 41, from Aberdeen, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, under the influence without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.  Ballard was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Calen Ramos, age 38, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Ramos was processed and released.

Kyle Groat, age 33, from Highlands, was arrested by Officer Timothy Cairns for a contempt of court warrant.  Groat was processed and released.

A person who has been arrested or charged with an offense is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Additionally, except in specific circumstances, arrest and complaint information and names of those charged may be released.
