The public is invited to join Middletown Animal Control for a discussion with Monmouth County SPCA & Homeward Bound Adoption Center about a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in Middletown. At the event, speakers will discuss the intentions, rules, and regulations of the program and allow people to sign up as colony caregivers.
