PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the April 27, 2020 meeting of the Middletown Township Zoning Board of Adjustment has been cancelled. Zoning Board meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the main meeting room in Town Hall. This Board's purpose is to hear cases for requests for variance(s) from time to time, where certain types of land developments and property improvements are proposed. In addition the Zoning Board may hear and decide requests for interpretation of the zoning map and zoning regulations as well as other powers as outlined in the state Municipal Land Use Law.
