Pre-Register for Free Flu Vaccine Clinic for Residents on Tuesday, 12/5
Middletown Township Health Department is hosting a free flu shot clinic for residents, ages 6 months and older, on Tuesday, December 5th from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Town Hall (1 Kings Highway). Pre-registration is required. Visit www.middletownnj.org/fluclinic to pre-register.
Register for Free Children's Immunization Appointment
The Middletown Township Health Department and Monmouth County are offering free children’s immunizations on the third Thursday of each month from 10 AM - 1 PM at the Middletown Township Health Department. Participants must meet the following requirements to make an appointment:
- Patients must be between the ages of birth to 18 years old.
- Patients need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Patients should either have no health insurance or only be on the NJ Family Care Plan A.
- Patients are required to bring their immunization records.

The Middletown Township Health Department and Monmouth County are partnering to offer free services (such as rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, STD testing, Narcan distribution, and adult vaccines like flu, COVID-19, HPV, etc.) on the second Friday of every month from 10 AM - 1 PM. Appointments will take place at the Middletown Township Health Department. Please call 732-431-7456 ext. 7435 to make an appointment. Insurance and ID are not required.
